Dear Mr Bullwise ,
I am most grateful for your kind letter of
sympathy. Although I am saddened by Rolf ’s
death, I am relieved that he did not suffer at all.
The funeral was beautiful. Many of Rolf ’s
oldest friends came and their support meant a
lot to me. I quite understand that you could not
come over for it, but hope you will call in and see
me when you are next in the country.
